Position Overview:
This role is responsible for leading avionics personnel, managing workflow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
The Crew Chief performs advanced troubleshooting, system integration, and complex avionics installations while overseeing daily operations on assigned aircraft projects. This position requires strong leadership ability and mastery-level technical knowledge consistent with Avionics Technician I responsibilities.
The Crew Chief must have extensive experience with Garmin, Universal, and Collins systems and strong working knowledge of Cessna Citation and Learjet aircraft platforms.
