SkyStep™ SERVICE LETTER SL-SI610-200:
An improved support cable assembly is now available for all SkySteps produced before December 2025. These upgraded cable kits are available for Citation 500/501/500/551/S550/560 and 510 series Citations. The improved attachment design will substantially enhance the longevity and safety of your SkyStep installation.
Upgrade kits can be field-installed at your location by any appropriately certificated agency, technician or repair personnel.
